Together with my mother, I work in the kitchen of the Bartholomäusstüberl as a Junior chef and certified “master chef” to ensure the well-being of our guests.
Thematic focus such as asparagus, homemade pasta dishes, lamb and national park beef have become an indispensable part of the offer of our dedicated family business.

Closed on Wednesday and Thursday from mid-October to the end of April, no day of rest during the rest of the year.
